*The majority of items are delivered on the Next Working Day, however please check the lead times stated on individual product pages, especially for larger EV charging units or special-order items.
Delivery Cut-Off Times
- The delivery cut-off time for Next Working Day Delivery is 4:00pm.
- Orders placed after 4:00pm will be dispatched on the next working day. For example, an order placed at 9:00pm on Tuesday will usually be delivered on Thursday.
- Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the next working day. For example, an order placed on Saturday or Sunday will usually be delivered on Tuesday.
International Shipping
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer international delivery. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Working Days
A working day includes Monday to Friday and excludes Bank Holidays.
Please note that compensation cannot be offered for delayed deliveries, including situations where time has been taken off work to receive an order.
If you anticipate difficulties receiving your order at a residential address, we recommend selecting an alternative delivery address during checkout.
If you need to amend your delivery address after placing your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Please note that changes after dispatch may affect delivery times.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
If you cannot locate your tracking email, please check your spam or junk folders before contacting us.
Please enter the tracking number provided in your dispatch email. If you experience any issues tracking your parcel, please contact our support team and we will be happy to help.
Failed Deliveries
If the courier is unable to complete delivery because nobody is available at the address, a calling card may be left and redelivery attempts may be made.
If no contact is made with the courier after multiple delivery attempts, the parcel may be returned to us and additional delivery charges could apply for re-dispatch.
We reserve the right to refuse delivery if important access restrictions have not been disclosed prior to dispatch, including narrow access routes, restricted parking, upper-floor deliveries without lift access or other conditions that could affect safe delivery of heavier EV charging equipment.
If the delivery company determines access is unsafe or unsuitable, you may be offered kerbside or ground floor delivery only. Failed delivery charges imposed by the courier may be passed on where applicable.
